SEG actively participates in the regulatory process as regards capital market and company law. We also contribute to the law-making through submitting our own regulatory proposals. In this respect, cooperation with other market participants and institutions plays an important role. Previously, SEG was formally invited to be an advisor at the Polish Securities Commission and later - Polish Securities and Exchange Commission. At the present, the Association is a member of various working groups at the Ministry of Finance, Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Warsaw Stock Exchange, National Depository for Securities, etc.
SEG's representative is a member of the Legal Committee of the pan-European organization EuropeanIssuers. EuropeanIssuers is very active in the field of the EU and worldwide financial markets regulations.
