Artur is a Managing Director responsible for Barclays Investment Banking business in Poland. Artur oversees the firm’s relationships with the Public Sector, Corporate and Financial Institution clients across all product areas, including M&A Advisory, Debt and Equity Financing.

Artur joined Barclays in 2005, where he has managed the execution of a number of transactions including Alior Bank IPO, several Republic of Poland Eurobonds, PKO acquisition of Nordea Poland, BOS Bank €250m of 6% Notes due 2016, Ciech €245m 9.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2019, as well as transactions for Getin Bank and Orange Poland / TP SA.

Artur has 19 years of investment banking experience and prior to Barclays worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley.

In 2007 Artur became the Deputy CEO of LC Corp S.A. and was responsible for the company's IPO.

Artur holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China.
